Welcome to Autonomous Robot Laboratory (AR Lab)
The Autonomous Robot Laboratory (AR Lab) was established in 2000 and is directed by Prof. Weidong Chen to provide advanced facilities for the research and development of robotics. Our mission is to conduct the basic research related to mobile robot, robotic manipulators, collective robotics and computer vision, etc., and to explore novel applications of robot technologies in medical service, health care, and our daily life.
The research in the Autonomous Robot Laboratory has been supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program), Ministry of Education (MOE), etc. The AR Lab collaborates with many partners including the world leading robotics research institutions and industrial companies.
